The State Of My Life

I'm falling behind in my readings for Civ, Saints, and Sosc. Nice for me that there's no Civ class tomorrow: I can go hang out in the Reg with a chai and catch up. History of Drama is not as fun as I had hoped it would be.

Spent yesterday afternoon at the Pro-Life Association meeting. I meant to go to the library and write my essay after dinner, but I realized that I would be thinking about Game Seven the entire time. So I went home and watched the game with Sukie, Tom, Paul, Kelly, and Liam (who, as the resident toddler, did eventually have to go to bed).

So here I am writing about the Investiture conflict, trying not to sound too horribly Catholic about it.

My teachers seem to like me this quarter. I need to work a bit more at Sosc and Drama, but for Saints and Civ, it's mostly about making sure I don't drop the proverbial ball.

My absentee ballot is seven pages long. The voter information pamphlet is 196.

I'm off to meet with my advisor.
